At DBK Salons, our team members are held to a high standard. Our warm guest services combined with our stylist’s professionalism is what sets us apart. Our commitment with each guest visit is to provide you with a detailed consultation to ensure you are aware what services your current hair scenario will allow us to perform, to the best of our abilities. We reserve the right to refuse any service should we feel the service is not up to our standards or may compromise the integrity of the hair.
All guest information collected is strictly confidential and will not be distributed or sold to any third party. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information to help us better assist in providing a professional guest experience.
As a courtesy, DBK will send a reminder email and/or text 4 days before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to manage your scheduled appointment within our policies.
DBK Salons requires 36 hrs notice for cancellation or changes to all Hair Cuts or Services up to 90min in order to fill in our waitlist of guests.
We require 72 hrs notice for all Colour and Chemical Services requiring more than 180 min
Guests cancelling within 24 hrs of their scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% fee of their scheduled service(s).
We are happy to allow a return of any unopen and unused retail products you purchased within 30 days of original purchase. An in- Salon credit will be issued.
No Show appointments will be charged for the cost of their entire scheduled service visit. (Please don’t be this person.)
We require a valid credit card number or a deposit for services over 3 hours long (i.e. Hilites, Keratin Treatments & Colour Corrections) in order to reserve your appointment.
DBK Salon aims to provide the highest quality of service. We require our guests to contact us within 1 week of the performed service if they believe the result is not in line with the agreed-upon consultation. An appointment is then made to come in and consult with the salon manager and stylist at which time, an assessment will be done to determine if a redo is necessary. Please keep in mind, using box colour or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired goal.
DBK Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour to any other guest or member of our team.
In order to ensure bookings are scheduled in correctly all first-time guests having colour, hilites, keratin services will require a phone call confirmation by the salon to ensure accuracy. Any booking NOT confirmed will be cancelled from our system and rebooked based on availability when phone call received.
